Enterprise Architecture (EA)
Enterprise architecture (EA) is a comprehensive approach to designing and managing the structure, capabilities, processes, data, information, and technology of an organisation in a coordinated and cohesive manner. It involves creating a blueprint of the organisation's current and desired future state, identifying the relationships and dependencies among its components, and developing a plan for achieving the desired outcomes.

EA provides a framework for making informed decisions about where to invest or divest and how to design, develop, and implement business and technology solutions that support the organisation's objectives.

Xanadrome works with various frameworks and methodologies, such as The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Zachman Framework, along with using EA modelling tools such as BizzDesign, Orbus, Aris, Casewise, and Enterprise Sparx to build sustainable models for our clients.
